Where do I collect my car?
Marque1 is based in Kangaroo Point, a mere stones throw from the famous Story Bridge Hotel. 

What restrictions are there?
For insurance cover reasons the driving age is from 28 years and up (varies for specific fleet vehicles) and have held a valid drivers license for at least 5 years.

Can my partner drive the vehicle during the Hire period?
As long as they meet our age requirements, they are welcome to enjoy the vehicle.

What do I need to do?
Contact us by phoning (07) 3391 0831 or via email with your query. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment options are Mastercard, Visacard, direct transfer or money order. The tariff must be paid in full before the vehicle departs the Marque1 office. Additionally a security deposit is required 24 hours prior to departure and this is held as a credit card pre-authorisation.

What about insurance?
Insurance is included in the tariff although an excess applies. In the event of an accident caused by you the security bond will be held to cover the damage and if the damage exceeds the bond amount the driver will be liable up to the maximum excess.

Where do I leave my own car during the Hire Period?
There is ample on-street  parking available in Wharf Street. 

Can I collect my car from the airport ?
Unfortunately not. However, Marque1 can arrange Chauffer transfers to our office in Woolloongabba (approximately 20 minutes away.) This is an option suggested to the hirer for ease of transportation and is payable by the hirer.

How much luggage can fit?
Small, soft bags are essential as luggage space is minimal in a sports cars. Hard sided suitcases will not fit into the space available. We are able to store oversize bags if required.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
We do understand that sometimes circumstances beyond normal control can affect your plans. All deposits made on bookings are valid for 12 months to allow you the ease of rescheduling your plans.  The minimum notice for a full refund is 48 hours. 

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before departure attract a cancellation fee of $150.00.
